Can I get my money back if I cannot attend?
• Because there is a limited number of seats available for each class it is not possible to return funds if you are not able to attend. Once you have purchased via Palpal you have reserved a seat and no one else can take it.

How is the class presented?
• Classes will be held via Gotomeeting. Two hours before each class a link to the Gotomeeting will be emailed to each student so please make sure that the email account that you use is up to date.

How long is each class?
• Each class is three hours long. For most classes the last half hour is reserved for Q&A.

Is the communication two way?
• You are encouraged to participate with questions during the training session but not all questions will be answered during the training as it can disrupt the flow of the class. Hold questions that are not directly important to the current topic until the end of the class where a half hour is set a side for an open question and answer period.

How many students can attend a class?
• The maximum amount of students is 15 and the minimum is 8. If the class doesn't get at least 8 students signed up for it the class will be canceled and any one that has paid for it will get their money back via Paypal. This is the only time that refunds will be paid.

What is Gotomeeting?
• Gotomeeting is an online service for web conferencing that allows presenters to share their screen and applications with attendees.

How do I enter a Gotomeeting?
• The day before the class an invitation will be emailed to the address that you used when you signed up for the course. The email will contain a direct link to the Gotomeeting and the meeting password. Attending is as easy as pressing a link and cut and paste the password to ensure it is correct.

Will I be able to review the session in some form?
• Students will receive a screen captured version of the session within one week of the class. In no way shape or form can the recordings be copied or published digitally or otherwise. PEN Productions retains all rights to the content lesson plans and recordings of all Master Class training classes.

Do I need a special codec to review the recorded session?
• Yes, the session will be rendered out using the Techsmith EnSharpen Codec and can be down loaded here. Down Load: Ensharpen Codec
